We aim to respond to all messages within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Saturday. During busy seasons or higher volumes of messages, it may occasionally take up to 72 hours — but we never leave a sincere message unanswered.

Prayer requests are the highest priority — these are lifted before God immediately and responded to with personal care. If you have submitted an urgent prayer need, please mention it clearly in your message so it can be attended to with appropriate urgency.
